However, we understand that sometimes an item may not be perfect for you. That’s why we offer a straightforward and customer-friendly returns and exchanges process.
Our Policy
You have 15 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

- Cocktail/Fashion Rings (due to intricate designs and settings)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, email our support team at [email protected]. Please use the template provided below to ensure we have all the necessary information to assist you quickly.
- Wait for Authorization: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your package. Returns shipped without an RMA number cannot be processed.
- Ship the Item: Carefully pack the unused, original item in its packaging. Include your printed RMA email inside the package. Ship your return to the address provided in your authorization email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your request. You will receive an email notification confirming the completion of your return or exchange.
Refunds
Upon approval of your return:
- Timing: Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days after we receive and approve the return.
- Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that your bank or payment processor may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
- Shipping Costs: The original standard shipping fee ($12.95) is non-refundable. For free shipping orders, a deduction may be made from your refund to cover the original outgoing shipping cost.
Exchanges
Want to exchange for a different size or style? The process is the same as a return. In your email, clearly state the item you wish to exchange for. Once we receive your return, we will ship the new item to you. Standard shipping charges will apply for the new shipment.
