Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: We ship via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically takes 10-15 business days after shipment. A flat fee of $12.95 applies.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery typically takes 15-25 business days after shipment.

Shipping Regions: We are proud to ship worldwide! However, please note that we are unable to deliver to some remote areas and parts of Asia due to logistical constraints.

Please Note: The delivery times mentioned are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, weather, or carrier delays.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our jewelry, from our captivating Black Diamond collections to our meaningful Angel Pendants. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.

Return Window: You have 15 calendar days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return or exchange.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition. It must be returned in the original packaging with all tags and certificates included.

FINAL SALE ITEMS: Due to the personal and hygienic nature of fine jewelry, the following product categories are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Black Onyx Rings
  • Cluster Rings (as they are often sized and personalized)
  • Cocktail/Fashion Rings (due to their intricate designs and settings)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, email our support team at [email protected]. Please use the subject line: “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”.
  2. Wait for Authorization: Our customer support team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your package. Returns shipped without an RMA number cannot be processed.
  3. Ship the Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging. Include a copy of your RMA authorization email inside the package. Ship your return to the address provided. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your request. You will receive an email notification confirming the completion of your return or exchange.

Refunds

Timing: Upon approval of your return, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that your bank or payment processor may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Shipping Costs: The original standard shipping fee ($12.95) is non-refundable. For orders that qualified for free shipping, a deduction equivalent to the original outgoing shipping cost may be made from your refund.

Exchanges

Want to exchange for a different size or style? The process is the same as a return. In your initial email, please clearly state the name of the new product you wish to exchange for. Once we receive and process your return, we will ship the new item to you. Standard shipping charges will apply for the new shipment.
