6. Returns and Exchanges

The following product categories are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Return Process:

1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]” in the subject line
2. Wait for authorization and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
3. Ship the item with the RMA number and a copy of the authorization email
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your request

Refunds:

• Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval
• The original standard shipping fee ($12.95) is non-refundable
• For orders that qualified for free shipping, a deduction equivalent to the original outgoing shipping cost may be made from your refund
